Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Product Condition :
- The goods must be unused and in as-new condition.
- All products must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke/smell-free condition.
- Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return Window :
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items :
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Limited Edition products also cannot be returned.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or related products unless the item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty. For questions regarding these specific cases, please email customer service at contact@powerplayoutlet.store .
Return Shipping Costs :
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
Order Cancellation
If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you may cancel it under the following conditions:
Within 1 Hour of Placing Your Order :
- You can cancel directly from your confirmation email. Scroll down to the “Changed Your Mind? ” section and follow the instructions.
After 1 Hour but Within 24 Hours :
- Contact us at contact@powerplayoutlet.store with your order number . We will check if your order has been fulfilled. If it hasn’t, we can cancel it for you.
After 24 Hours or Once Fulfilled :
- Unfortunately, once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may return the item(s) after delivery by following our return process.

Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Send your original item back to our Returns Department.
- Once we receive your return, you will be issued store credit for the returned item, which you can use to purchase a new size or product.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee the item you want will still be available when your return reaches us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
We guarantee that the products you order are in good condition when you receive them. However, mistakes can happen.
Damaged/Defective Goods :
- If an item is received damaged or defective, please notify customer service within 30 days for a full refund. Notifications beyond the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect or Wrong Product :
- If you receive an incorrect or wrong product, please contact us immediately via email at contact@powerplayoutlet.store .
- We will cover the cost of shipping if you receive a wrong or faulty product. Always keep proof of your return until we confirm receipt of your package.
Return Instructions
Important : You must email us first to get the address where you should return the item.
- Email us at contact@powerplayoutlet.store with your order number and a description or video of the issue.
- We will process your inquiry and provide you with the correct return address.
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent sides.
- Use the address provided and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company that offers tracked shipment.
- Send us an email with the tracking number and shipping receipt.

Processing Time
- Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 2-5 business days .
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to cancel a sale if stock is sold out, our suppliers are unable to fulfill an order, or if there are any price errors.
- Refunds will only be issued after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
