How to Cancel Your Order
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t already been processed or shipped. Follow the steps below:
- Within 1 Hour of Placing Your Order
- You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email.
- Scroll down to the “Changed Your Mind? ” section in the email and follow the instructions to cancel.
- After 1 Hour but Within 24 Hours
- If it’s been longer than 60 minutes since you placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Email us at contact@powerplayoutlet.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- We will check the status of your order. If it hasn’t been fulfilled, we can cancel it for you.
- After 24 Hours or Once the Order is Fulfilled
- Unfortunately, once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
- In this case, you may return the item(s) after delivery by following our Return & refund Policy .
Important Notes
- If you cancel an order that has already been processed but not shipped, you may still be responsible for any associated shipping or handling fees.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
